| Abstract: | The article discusses the role of the Canadian Library Association (CLA) towards the information policy in Canada. It states that CLA expresses its views directly to bureaucrats and other-policymakers, to the media and its membership. It mentions that CLA produces various types of records concerning policy issues, which all provide evidence of CLA's perspective. Several recommendations on how CLA pay more attention to information policy are also provided. |
