Abstract: The article offers information on the HyperStudio authoring tool that was developed by Roger Wagner. It states that the tool is the natural heir of the HyperCard authoring tool, which is widely used in schools and purposes like pictures, audio, and video integration and complex game development. It says that HyperStudio also allows publication of podcast into the Web, aggregation of resources, and hyperlinks, which are accessible through browsers or smartphone. It adds that buttons are the main object that allows HyperStudio to perform complex actions. Moreover, the tool is constantly updated to incorporate new technological trends and advances.
