| Abstract: | Owing to the promotion of the two academic revolutions, universities begin to get out of the "Ivory Tower" and enter into public life, and redetermine their roles in the direction of socialization. After commercial culture gets deeply involved in university affairs, the relationship between academic circles and commercial circles has changed from separation to coordination, and moreover, the conflict between academic culture and commercial culture has turned to coexistence, and a macro-culture is coming into being.
