Abstract: The article describes the Re-Education program of the nonprofit organization Pressley Ridge which aims to empower staff members to improve clinical supervision of youth in the U.S. It outlines the role of teacher-counselors who are considered the primary agents of change for the youth. It highlights the Response Ability Pathways and Life Space Crisis Intervention methods adopted in the program which facilitates effective youth treatment. It stresses the significance of clinical supervision in understanding the impact of trauma on the behavior of the youth.
