Abstract: The article presents the views of two technology-savvy U.S. school principals on 21st century leadership, strategies for the effective integration of technology, and web resources. According to the authors, the world of social media has enabled school administrators to make connections that have added amazing values to their roles as educational leaders. The authors add that social media has enhanced their professional lives and changed the ways of teaching, learning, and communication.
