| Abstract: | The article discusses methods for teaching creative thinking, and argues that skills such as complex decision making and communications ability are important for career success in the U.S. Research into divergent thinking, logical thinking, and genius potential in children are discussed, as well as the effect of curriculum on creative ability. Imagination in children, knowledge theories, and right versus left brain thinking are discussed, and critical thinkers such as Albert Einstein are mentioned. Measurement techniques for creativity and the economic aspects of education are also mentioned. |
