There are several different types of information systems issues and these might lead to a number of organisational issues. Despite this many organisations are unhappy with their investment in information systems as there are numerous examples of failed information systems. These issues are also common to most organisations using information systems. This paper considers some of these more common information systems fail and discusses some suggestions as to how to deal with these issues. These issues could also apply to other countries.
