Abstract: Highlights: [•] The Trunk Impairment Scale is a reliable tool of trunk control in children and adolescents, 5–19 years, with cerebral palsy, GMFCS levels I–IV. [•] Preliminary evidence of construct validity of the tool is established by the relationship with the GMFM. [•] Decreasing GMFCS levels are associated with increasing total TIS scores.
