Abstract: The article discusses the role played by enrollment managers in planning strategies to ensure maximum enrollment of students in their respective institutions. It states that although behavior of students and teenagers cannot be controlled, yet institutions can improve their student search campaigns by prioritizing and personalizing it. It mentions that advertisements put up by institutions on online social networking site such as Twitter should contain vibrant images and should be concise.
