| Abstract: |
In this article, the author argues that Opportunity Scholarship Act (OSA) of New Jersey is constitution. It notes that OSA aims to undermine the status quo in the poorest districts in New Jersey by allowing low-income parents to choose a school they think best fits their child's needs. The author comments that though OSA will not solve the education crisis in the state, it will help students escape failing schools. |
