Abstract: The article discusses a study that focuses on the epithermal base-metal-gold deposits in Northwest Turkey. Topics discussed include analysis of fluid inclusions of quartz, sphalerite and from the deposits at Koru, Arapuccandere and Tesbihdere; variations in temperature ranges and salinity of ore fluids; and fluctuations between lithostatic and hydrostatic pressures during mineralization process.
