Abstract: The article provides an overview of a workshop held in Hyderabad, India, focused on geothermal energy resources in the country. The workshop aimed to explore efficient techniques for geothermal resource exploration, assess the current status of geothermal reservoir characterization, and identify knowledge gaps for further exploration and exploitation.
