Abstract: This notice announces the retraction of an article due to an investigation that identified issues including a compromised peer review process, inappropriate or irrelevant references, use of nonstandard phrases, and the article being outside the journal’s scope. As a result, the publisher and Editor-in-Chief have lost confidence in the article’s results and conclusions. One of the authors, Syed Mithun Ali, has stated that the authors do not agree with the retraction. The full text of the retracted article remains available online as supplementary material.
