Abstract: This notice announces the retraction of an article due to an investigation by the publisher that identified multiple concerns, including a compromised peer review process, inappropriate or irrelevant references, use of nonstandard phrases, and the article being outside the journal's scope. As a result, the publisher and the Editor-in-Chief have lost confidence in the article's results and conclusions.
