Abstract: This notice announces the retraction of an article due to an investigation by the publisher and Editor-in-Chief that identified multiple concerns, including a compromised peer review process, inappropriate or irrelevant references, use of nonstandard phrases, and the article being outside the journal's scope. As a result, the publisher no longer has confidence in the article's results and conclusions. The authors did not respond to correspondence regarding the retraction.
