Abstract: Ba-Yu culture resources development of many influence factors, natural, businesses, communities, urban, rural, historical and cultural resources is composed of all the important elements of cultural resources, elements and related links between has always been culture researchers think, is the traditional quantitative analysis method can't combine with cultural resources research one of the important factors affecting, based on the DEMATEL method, will form a good complementary to the traditional research methods, more objective reflect the influence of the relationship between elements and, by building the evaluation system for the development of cultural resources, Form scientific and effective system of cultural resources development impact factors, the combination of qualitative and quantitative way, science reflects social common recognition of cultural resources development, better reflect the cultural resources elements influence each other and promote scientific achievements, for the regional government, enterprises and individuals in the culture industry investment in the corresponding decision system, scientific, objective decision-making system, through research will eventually realize the dynamic monitoring system for the development of cultural resources, will effectively improve the efficiency and effect of regional culture resources development, realize the rapid development of the regional cultural industry.
