Abstract: The stiffened deep cement mixing (SDCM) pile utilizes the advantages of the concrete pile and DCM column, and it has been widely used in construction and transportation projects. Nevertheless, the research on the theory of settlement analysis of SDCM pile composite foundation under embankment is relatively limited. In this paper, the three‐dimensional numerical model of SDCM pile composite foundation under embankment was built based on the "typical section method," and the influence of six dimensionless parameters, namely, relative load, core pile content ratio, core pile length ratio, replacement rate, pile‐soil modulus ratio, and base‐side soil modulus ratio, on the behavior of SDCM pile composite foundation was analyzed based on the simulation results. The orthogonal analysis method was then adopted to study the sensitivity of the average pile‐soil stress ratio to the six dimensionless parameters, and the influencing degree was pile‐soil modulus ratio > relative load > core pile content ratio > replacement rate > base‐side soil modulus ratio > core pile length ratio. In turn, a normalized prediction formula for the average pile‐soil stress ratio was established. Finally, a simplified settlement calculation method for SDCM pile composite foundation under embankment was proposed, and the reasonableness of the proposed method was verified by three engineering projects.
