Abstract: The results of a spectral analysis of time variations in the Doppler frequency shift which accompanied solar eclipses in 1999-2008 and calculations and estimates of disturbances in signal parameters are presented. Parameters of the ionosphere and its irregular structure are estimated on the basis of observational data. The calculation results correspond to the results of observations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
