Abstract: This final report of the second meeting of the Andean Region Ministers of Education subscribing to the Andres Bello Agreement on education and culture contains a resume of the individual sessions and the proposals approved during that meeting. The proposals cover various educational problems and issues and begin with the Declaration of Lima which establishes a common doctrine for cultural, educational, scientific, and technical policy to be followed by the Agreement countries. Other statements concern joint action toward international organizations with respect to technical assistance, telecommunications, methods for certifying individual work in continuing education, statistical research, business administration education, school construction, math and natural science textbooks, and financing. Also included is the working plan for 1971. (VM)
