| Abstract: |
This document reports the experience of the laboratory in applying the principles of construction management and fast-track scheduling in the planning and construction of the only noncampus facility in the United States constructed solely for educational research and development. The benefits resulting from the use of these techniques are set forth, together with suggested changes in the flow of decisions that should be incorporated into future projects of a similar nature.
