| Abstract: | This book is a collection of essays on the link between administrator leadership and equity. It builds on a multiple paradigm approach to administration by incorporating feminist poststructuralist theories and probes the role and representation of oppressed people in education research and literature, school reform, and organizational theory and behavior.
