| Abstract: | This study evaluated the effectiveness of a packaged workplace social skills intervention comprised of behavior skills training, video modeling, and task analyses on the percentage of workplace social skills steps accurately demonstrated during a role-play for transition-age individuals with autism without intellectual disability. Results indicated that this intervention effectively increased the workplace social skills acquisition and maintenance for the participants. Further, the intervention was considered socially valid by the participants. Skill generalization to real-world settings is unknown due to the use of role-play to assess maintenance rather than in a real-world setting.
