This annex should include detailed procedures for flood preparation, mitigation, protection, response, and recovery, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles. By developing a Flood Annex, education agencies can enhance their preparedness efforts, ensure the safety and well-being of their students and staff, and minimize damage during flood events.
