| Abstract: | This document contains the appendices for the main report that describes how the Regional Educational Laboratory Midwest developed and tested a new teacher survey to measure teachers' knowledge about integrating computational thinking (CT) practices into middle school math instruction. The appendices include: (1) Methods--provides additional details on the design and development of survey items and on methodological approaches to the psychometric analyses; (2) Computational Thinking-Pedagogical Content Knowledge Survey for Middle School Math Teachers items--includes the complete set of 25 items used in this study along with an answer key; and (3) Cognitive interview protocol for Computational Thinking Pedagogical Content Knowledge Survey development. |
