| Abstract: | In 2025, the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools advanced bipartisan federal legislation in Congress, defended the public nature of charter schools in court, and drove major progress across multiple states, including supporting the enactment of a charter law in North Dakota. Together, these efforts strengthen the charter school community and expand opportunity for the nearly 4 million students enrolled in public charter schools across the country. |
