Abstract: This report summarizes findings from the Spring 2025 implementation of the Some College, No Credential (SCNC) Survey, which collected responses from 3,182 former undergraduate students across 58 institutions in 13 states. The findings explore why students stopped out without earning a credential, highlighting the role of financial hardship, work and caregiving responsibilities, and institutional barriers, as well as students' perceptions of the value of higher education. By centering the voices of SCNC learners, the report offers actionable insights for institutional leaders and policymakers seeking to strengthen re‑enrollment strategies and support students in returning to and completing their education.
