Abstract: This study delves into the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with Vedic pedagogy in management education, aiming to bridge the gap between traditional educational frameworks and contemporary technological advancements. By analyzing the application of AI to augment learning processes such as listening, introspection, critical analysis, hands-on learning, and seminars, the research highlights the potential for AI to offer personalized, engaging, and adaptive educational experiences. It further examines the synergies between AI's capabilities and the holistic development goals of Vedic pedagogy, emphasizing the enhancement of moral, physical, spiritual, and intellectual growth in learners. The investigation incorporates empirical evidence from both students and educators in management studies and provides insights into the practical challenges and opportunities of applying AI within a pedagogical context rooted in ancient wisdom. The findings suggest that AI can significantly contribute to reviving and modernizing Vedic pedagogical methods and offer a novel approach to education in the digital age. This research not only contributes to the academic discourse on educational technology, but it also proposes a framework for integrating AI into traditional learning paradigms, with implications for future pedagogical practices.
