Abstract: The overall objective of this research was to propose a strategy of systems and mechanism for quality teacher training according to Area-based Context of New Rajabhat University Custer (Si Sa Ket, Roi-Et, and Chaiyaphum University). The sample consisted of 159 personnel of Education and Humanity Faculty of new university cluster. The research tool included an interview form, and a questionnaire with the reliability of .98, and a strategy evaluation form. The statistics included Frequency, Mean, Standard Deviation, and content analysis. The finding revealed that the proposed strategy consisted of 4 key strategy issues, 1) The principals of area-based teacher training should be conformed with teacher training in all levers, 2) The creation of strength and unity of networks of all teacher training organizations, 3) Having quality systems and mechanism that used community-based relevant to teacher training, and 4) The strategy of quality development of lecturers and personnel. The evaluation of the strategy showed the highest levels in all aspects and sub-aspects.
