Abstract: This article reports on the qualitative component of a survey on teachers' perceptions of positive supervisor qualities displayed in post-observation conferences. Additionally, teachers who had negative experiences with supervisors described those experiences. Participants also suggested ways for improving the quality of supervision in the post-observation conference.
