Abstract: This developmental research aimed to examine the effects of the BCNC Mini Anatomy web application on knowledge acquisition and learning satisfaction in musculoskeletal anatomy among nursing students. The study employed the ADDIE instructional design model, consisting of five phases: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The participants were 30 first-year nursing students from Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Chiang Mai, selected through simple random sampling. Data were collected using three instruments: (1) a pre-test assessing foundational knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy (KR-20 = 0.72), (2) a post-test assessing the same content (KR-20 = 0.74), and (3) a learning satisfaction questionnaire rated on a five-point Likert scale (Cronbach's alpha = 0.98). Descriptive statistics and the Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test were used for data analysis. The results indicated that post-test knowledge scores were significantly higher than pre-test scores (p < 0.001). In addition, students reported a very high level of satisfaction with the BCNC Mini Anatomy web application (M = 4.65, SD = 0.46). These findings suggest that the BCNC Mini Anatomy web application is an effective digital learning tool for enhancing foundational anatomical knowledge and promoting positive learning experiences among first-year nursing students.
