Abstract: This study surveyed 201 teachers in schools belonging to the American Association of Christian Schools to identify the greatest problems within the conservative Christian school movement. Teachers cited salaries as the most pressing problem, followed by difficulties in school administration/operation and concerns about spirituality. (SM)
