Abstract (English): Introduction. Reproductive and care trajectories are qualitative research tools for observing and contrasting the differentiated and stratified experience of pregnancy and its handle. Objective. To provide elements to reconsider aspects of sexual and reproductive life of a young homeless woman in Mexico City. Material and methods. Qualitative study of feminist ethnography, in-depth interviews were conducted with a key informant as an example of a representative case as an anthropological approach. Results. Reproductive experiences, pregnancy, childbirth, abortions, the sort of relationships during each pregnancy and maternal care provided before and after each reproductive event are described. Conclusions. To emphasize through analyzing reproductive and care trajectories, the effects of the social inequalities and forms of exclusion during the sexual and reproductive life of young homeless women in a vulnerable context. With this in mind to be able to give possible solutions that will lead us to propose real public policies that from this point forward will include this mentioned extract of the mexican population. Abstract (Spanish): Introducción. Las trayectorias reproductivas y de atención son herramientas de investigación cualitativa que permiten observar y contrastar la experiencia diferenciada y estratificada del embarazo y su manejo. Objetivo. Aportar elementos para reflexionar sobre aspectos de la vida sexual y reproductiva de una jóven en condición de calle en la Ciudad de México. Material y métodos. Estudio cualitativo de etnografía feminista. Se realizaron entrevistas a profundidad con una informante clave como caso representativo desde un enfoque antropológico. Resultados. Se describen las experiencias reproductivas, embarazo, partos, abortos, tipo de relaciones de pareja durante cada embarazo así como la atención materna recibida antes y después de cada evento reproductivo. Conclusiones. Destacar mediante el análisis de la trayectoria reproductiva y de atención a partir de un caso representativo, los efectos de las desigualdades sociales y las formas de exclusión en la vida sexual y reproductiva de mujeres en contextos vulnerables; buscando aportar elementos que permitan proponer nuevas políticas públicas en nuestro país, que incluyan a esta población.
