Abstract (English): The magical behavior has the peculiarity of trying to affect reality through a base mythological. The magical intervention appears as a replacement of the technical, scientific or rational behavior. The documentary Tabú Latinoamérica: sanaciones alternativas (2010), Season 1, episode 4, made by National Geographic Channel, exposes different shamanistic rituals healing, that have great acceptance and credibility with Latin American community believer in the power of shamans. Abstract (Spanish): El comportamiento mágico tiene la peculiaridad de intentar afectar la realidad a través de un marco mitológico. La intervención mágica aparece como una sustitución del comportamiento técnico, científico o en definitiva racional. El documental Tabú Latinoamérica: sanaciones alternativas (2010), temporada 1, capítulo 4, realizado por National Geographic Channel, expone un recorrido por diferentes rituales de sanación chamanísticos, que tienen gran aceptación y credibilidad ante una comunidad latinoamericana devota en el poder de los chamanes.
