Abstract (English): An analysis about musical therapy, the energy chakras and their possible relationships with the orishas of yoruba religion was carried out, with the objective of interpreting in a scientific and logical way, the beneficial effects for health that provide in the human being their musical practices in many occasions, taking into account the relationships and energy interconnections that could exist among these three aspects and that this way, justifies the responses that some people experience when listening or dancing the performance of these rites deeply rooted and so frequent in this environment. Abstract (Spanish): Se realizó un análisis sobre musicoterapia, los chakras energéticos y sus posibles relaciones con los orishas de la religión yoruba, con el objetivo de interpretar de una manera científica y lógica, los efectos beneficiosos para la salud, que en muchas ocasiones proporcionan en el ser humano sus prácticas musicales, teniendo en cuenta las relaciones e interconexiones energéticas que pudieran existir entre estos tres aspectos, que de esta forma, justifica las respuestas que experimentan algunas personas al escuchar o danzar ante la ejecución de estos ritos tan frecuentes y arraigados en este medio.
