Abstract (English): The sebaceous nevus is a skin hamartoma that combines anomalies of the epidermis, hair follicles, sebaceous glands, apocrine glands and sometimes mesenchymal elements of the dermis, it is known for its association with one or more secondary tumors, such as syringocystadenoma papilliferum which is a benign tumor of even controversial differentiation between eccrine and apocrine. Most syringocystadenomas affecting scalp occur in association with a nevus sebaceous. We report the case of a teenager with a sebaceous nevus and papilliferum syringocystadenoma with typical topography and morphologies and we assist us with dermoscopy, finally confirming the diagnosis with biopsy, after complete excision of the lesion recurrences have been not found after a year of follow-up. Abstract (Spanish): El nevo sebáceo es un hamartoma cutáneo que combina anomalías de la epidermis, los folículos pilosos, las glándulas sebáceas, las glándulas apocrinas y en ocasiones de los elementos mesenquimales de la dermis, es conocido por su asociación con uno o más tumores secundarios, como el siringocistoadenoma papilífero que es un tumor benigno de diferenciación aún controvertida entre apocrina y ecrina. La mayor parte de los siringocistoadenomas que afectan la piel cabelluda se producen en asociación con un nevo sebáceo. Comunicamos el caso de una adolescente con nevo sebáceo y siringocistoadenoma papilífero, con topografía y morfologías típicas y nos auxiliamos con dermatoscopia, y finalmente corroboramos el diagnóstico con biopsia, tras la escisión completa de la lesión no se han encontrado recurrencias después de un año de seguimiento.
