Abstract (English): Since the beginning of the 20th century, both art and psychology have had in common an experimental search for new ways of interpreting reality, psychologists such as CG Jung have applied artistic therapies to connect with the unconscious, while poets like Breton and artists like Hilma af Klint, Kandinky, Jean Arp or Max Ernst practiced automatism in their artistic processes. In this article we will see how we can apply in the artistic therapies the knowledge that would bring the images of the unconscious, through processes of active imagination, fantasizing, internal dialogues, meditation and our own dreams in order to build a bridge between our past and future evolutionary.
