Abstract (English): Objective: to describe the perception of adolescents against pregnancy in a systematic review. The perception of adolescents regarding pregnancy is a reality that determines the understanding of the feelings found in the face of an unplanned experience. Materials and methods: qualitative methodology of bibliographic review with 25 articles of high scientific prestige between the period of 2013 - 2017, based on psychological, pathophysiological and social aspects, where the current state of the pampering was verified. Results: of ambivalence, acceptance or rejection; in which the negative appreciations include fear, helplessness, conceptions of unwanted pregnancy, frustration of goals for school dropout and ideas of abortion, and among the positive perceptions found acceptance, responsibility, coping and activation of the maternal role. Conclusion: that the young pregnant woman can conceive her pregnancy based on the different biopsychosocial factors she goes through. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Spanish): Objetivo: describir la percepción de las adolescentes frente al embarazo en una revisión sistemática. La percepción de las adolescentes frente al embarazo es una realidad que determina la comprensión de los sentimientos conflictivos ante una vivencia no planificada. Materiales y métodos: metodología cualitativa de revisión bibliográfica con 25 artículos de alto prestigio científico entre el periodo del 2013 - 2017, fundamentados en aspectos psicológicos, fisiopatológicos y sociales, donde se constató el estado actual de la misma. Resultados: presencia de reacciones de ambivalencia, aceptación o rechazo, en las cuales predominan las apreciaciones negativas, el miedo, impotencia, concepciones de embarazo no deseado, frustración de metas por deserción escolar e ideas de aborto; entre las percepciones positivas encontradas la aceptación, responsabilidad, afrontamiento y activación del rol materno. Conclusión: que la joven gestante puede concebir su embarazo en función de los diferentes factores biopsicosociales que atraviese. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
