Abstract (English): Introduction: The satisfaction of students regarding the quality of the educational service tends to be a very subjective criterion and to depend on emotional states, but now there is the situation of a health emergency that has interrupted all human activities including the educational process in health areas. Objective: To know the level of satisfaction of social service providers in health units and in times of pandemic. Design: Descriptive, cross-sectional, observational. Material and methods: Data were obtained from a questionnaire and sociodemographic and reactive information to measure the level of satisfaction of social service providers in medical areas. Bioethical aspects: No bioethical axis was compromised, all measures were taken for the protection of data from the database. Results: 26 questionnaires from a total of 28 social service providers were reviewed. The predominant sex was female, the careers with the highest representation are Nursing and Dental Surgeon. 65% perceive it as an optimal clinical field to learn. Conclusions: The vast majority feel satisfied with their activities, acquisition of skills and attitudes. The perception of satisfaction is very satisfactory both in the receiving unit and in general at the institution and they stated that their expectations were met and they are dissatisfied with the amount of the scholarship. Abstract (Spanish): Introducción: La satisfacción de los estudiantes sobre la calidad del servicio educativo tiende a ser un criterio muy subjetivo y a depender de estados emocionales, pero ahora se suma la situación de una emergencia sanitaria que ha interrumpido todas las actividades humanas, incluyendo el proceso educativo en áreas de la salud. Objetivo: Conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los prestadores de servicio social en unidades de salud y en tiempos de pandemia. Diseño: Descriptivo, transversal, observacional. Material y métodos: Se obtuvieron datos de un cuestionario y la información sociodemográfica y reactivos para medir el nivel de satisfacción de los prestadores de servicio social de áreas médicas. Aspectos bioéticos: Ningún eje bioético se vio comprometido, se tomaron todas las medidas para la protección de datos. Resultados: Se revisaron 26 cuestionarios de un total de 28 prestadores de servicio social. El sexo predominante fue el femenino, las carreras con mayor representación son Enfermería y Cirujano Dental. El 65% lo percibe como un campo clínico óptimo para aprender. Conclusiones: La gran mayoría se siente satisfecho de sus actividades, adquisición de habilidades y actitudes. La percepción de la satisfacción es muy buena tanto en la unidad receptora como en general de la institución y manifestaron que se cumplieron sus expectativas y están insatisfechos por el monto de la beca.
