La evaluación de esta capacidad se realiza según los protocolos establecidos por el Consejo Interterritorial del Sistema Nacional de Salud. Se menciona el uso del MacCAT-T como una herramienta recomendada para situaciones de incertidumbre en la evaluación de la capacidad de un paciente.
