Abstract (English): In this work various types of traditional oriental systems are studied aimed not only at spiritual realization but also at health, longevity and immortality. The author tries to synthesize his experience over several years of traveling to the East, citing various dietary, respiratory, visualization, Yoga, Chikung, etc... techniques. As well as highlighting the importance of some of the great teachers in these disciplines that he has met and to whom he is deeply grateful. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Spanish): En este trabajo se estudian diversos tipos de sistemas tradicionales orientales encaminados no solo a la realización espiritual sino también a la salud, la longevidad y la inmortalidad. El autor trata de sintetizar su experiencia a lo largo de varios años de viajes por oriente, citando diversas técnicas dietéticas, respiratorias, visualización, de Yoga, Chikung, etc..., así como resaltar la importancia de algunos de los grandes maestros en estas disciplinas que ha conocido y a quienes está profundamente agradecido.
