Abstract (English): Cardiac malformations represent almost half of the malformations at birth, being conjoined twins a much less frequent variant, predominantly female. The case of toracodimus siamese twins, where there is an asymmetric development and there is a well formed fetus and a rudimentary fetus, finding in the latter heterotaxia, and a congenital malformation of the aortic arch, presented as aberrant right subclavian artery. We present its descriptive anatomy, the clinical significance of this malformation and its incidence of occurrence, this being a unique case. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
