| Abstract (English): | The research analyzes discourses of nursing students to evaluate the influence of the application of a program for the promotion of mental health from a positive perspective. The results were expressed in three thematic cores: DEISAM strategy; practice and promotion of positive mental health for our personal and professional self-development; promotion of positive mental health, DEISAM and teaching; emerging 4 empirical categories in each core showing that the program contains in its design a set of comprehensive and sustainable actions that have significantly influenced the development of reflective and critical thinking to apply comprehensive care. | Abstract (Spanish): | La investigación analiza discursos de estudiantes de enfermería para evaluar la influencia de la aplicación de un programa de fomento de la salud mental desde una perspectiva positiva. Los resultados fueron expresados en tres núcleos temáticos: Estrategia DEISAM; practicar y fomentar la salud mental positiva para nuestro autodesarrollo personal y profesional; fomento de la salud mental positiva, el DEISAM y la docencia; surgiendo 4 categorías empíricas en cada núcleo evidenciando que el programa contiene en su diseño un conjunto de acciones integrales y sostenibles que han influido significativamente en el desarrollo del pensamiento reflexivo y crítico para aplicar cuidado integral.
