| Abstract (English): | Introduction: The training process of medical science professionals is a recurring theme in pedagogical research. In this current interest in addressing particular approaches of this field, Nursing stands out. The pedagogical training of the Bachelor's student in Nursing presupposes methodological demands based on the needs of learning for teaching purposes, as one of its main functions. Objective: To establish a new dynamic aimed at integrating the communicative-educational-assistance in the pedagogical training process of the Bachelor's student in nursing to solve problems in the care or teaching area. Methods: The holistic-dialectical method was used to develop the proposed dynamic. A factual diagnosis was carried out at the Faculty of Nursing Health Technology, using observation, surveys, interviews; a descriptive longitudinal study was carried out during the 2022-2023 academic year. Regulations of the Ministry of Public Health and programs and study plans of the degree were analyzed. Results: The proposed dynamic assumes, as an essential construct, the holistic communicative-educational-assistance systematization. It expresses the dynamic configurational process that reveals the continuous and transforming movement of the integral training process of this student. It is based on the exercise of his professional performance and interweaves communicative, educational and assistance potentialities. Conclusions: The systematization of pedagogical training in the Bachelor of Nursing degree, through a communicative-educational-assistance dynamic, promotes an integral and committed training with the health needs of the population, by contributing to improve the quality of nursing services and the well-being of society. | Abstract (Spanish): | Introducción: El proceso de formación de profesionales de ciencias médicas constituye tema recurrente en las investigaciones pedagógicas. En este interés actual por abordar enfoques particulares en este campo, destaca la Enfermería. La formación pedagógica del estudiante de Licenciatura en Enfermería presupone exigencias metodológicas a partir de necesidades de un aprendizaje con fines docentes, como una de sus funciones principales. Objetivo: Fundamentar una nueva dinámica orientada a integrar lo comunicativo-educativo-asistencial en el proceso de formación pedagógica del estudiante de Licenciatura en Enfermería para resolver los problemas en el área asistencial o docente. Métodos: Se utilizó el método holístico-dialéctico para elaborar la dinámica propuesta. Se realizó un diagnóstico fáctico en la Facultad de Enfermería Tecnología de la Salud, empleando observación, encuestas, entrevistas, se llevó a cabo un estudio descriptivo de corte longitudinal durante el curso 2022-2023. Se analizaron normativas del Ministerio de Salud Pública y programas y planes de estudio de la carrera. Resultados: La dinámica propuesta asume, como constructo esencial el de sistematización holística comunicativo-educativo-asistencial. Expresa el proceso configuracional dinamizador que revela el movimiento continuo y transformador del proceso formativo integral de este estudiante. Se sustenta en el ejercicio de su actuación profesional e imbrica potencialidades comunicativas, educativas y asistenciales. Conclusiones: La sistematización de la formación pedagógica en la carrera Licenciatura en Enfermería, a través de una dinámica comunicativo-educativo-asistencial, promueve una formación integral y comprometida con las necesidades de salud de la población, al contribuir a mejorar la calidad de los servicios de enfermería y el bienestar de la sociedad.
