Abstract (English): The article explores the relationship between psychoanalysis and concepts such as maps, borders, bridges, and labyrinths, suggesting that psychoanalysis should be seen as a constantly evolving practice rather than a rigid system. It discusses the inadequacy of psychoanalytic theories to encompass the complexity of clinical experience, highlighting the importance of a diversity of languages and approaches in analytical practice. Furthermore, it posits that the work of the analyst is similar to that of a bridge builder, facilitating connections and understandings in the therapeutic process, while the labyrinth is presented as a metaphor for the unpredictable path of analysis, where each journey can lead to unexpected discoveries. Abstract (Spanish): El artículo explora la relación entre el psicoanálisis y conceptos como mapas, fronteras, puentes y laberintos, sugiriendo que el psicoanálisis debe ser visto como una práctica en constante evolución, más que como un sistema rígido. Se discute la insuficiencia de las teorías psicoanalíticas para abarcar la complejidad de la experiencia clínica, destacando la importancia de una diversidad de lenguajes y enfoques en la práctica analítica. Además, se plantea que el trabajo del analista es similar al de un constructor de puentes, facilitando conexiones y entendimientos en el proceso terapéutico, mientras que el laberinto se presenta como una metáfora del camino impredecible del análisis, donde cada recorrido puede llevar a descubrimientos inesperados.
