Abstract (English): Large-scale sporting events, such as races and marathons in particular, present a unique cardioprotection challenge due to the geographical extent of the route and the large number of participants. This protocol proposes a comprehensive approach to minimize the risk of sudden cardiac death and optimize the response to cardiovascular emergencies during these events held in Mexico. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
