| Abstract (English): | Objective: the reason for this choice is the clinical interest shown by this adolescent. The main objective is to describe the psycho-oncological intervention, the mission and functions of the figure of psycho-oncology, and, on the other hand, to describe the intervention carried out by the art therapist, the objectives and functions of art therapy in the hospital, oncological and paediatric settings and the co-intervention of these disciplines in the case of Sana. Method: presentation of Sana, psycho-oncological process: characteristics of the patient, diagnosis stage, treatment stage and hospitalisations, relapse stage, end-of-life stage, and description of the phases of the psycho-oncological intervention. Art-therapeutic process and co-intervention (art therapist and psycho-oncologist), showing the most representative works. Outcome: the psycho-oncological accompaniment with Sana and her family, favoured the correct adaptation of the adolescent, at the same time the established objectives were carried out and fulfilled. Through the experience built with Sana and the subsequent story, we have been able to approach what art therapy can be like and what it can contribute, in the paediatric oncological hospital setting. Conclusions: children with chronic illnesses are a population at high risk of suffering psychological problems. The comprehensive support offered by healthcare personnel to the family with a child with cancer can facilitate the functionality of each of its members. | Abstract (Spanish): | Objetivo: el motivo por el cual ha sido escogido este caso es el interés clínico que presenta esta adolescente. El objetivo principal es describir la intervención psicooncológica, la misión y funciones de la figura de la psicooncología, y, por otro lado, describir la intervención realizada por la arteterapeuta, los objetivos y funciones del arteterapia en el ámbito hospitalario, oncológico y pediátrico y la cointervención de estas disciplinas en el caso de Sana. Método: presentación de Sana, proceso psicooncológico: características de la paciente, etapa de diagnóstico, etapa de tratamiento y hospitalizaciones, etapa de recidiva, etapa de final de vida, y descripción de las fases de la intervención psicooncológica. Proceso arteterapéutico y cointervención (arteterapeuta y psicooncóloga), mostrando las obras más representativas. Resultado: el acompañamiento psicooncológico con Sana y su familia, favoreció la correcta adaptación de la adolescente, a la vez se llevaron a cabo y se cumplieron los objetivos establecidos. A través de la experiencia construida con Sana y el posterior relato, hemos podido acercarnos a cómo puede ser y lo que puede aportar la arteterapia, en el ámbito oncológico pediátrico hospitalario. Conclusiones: las/os niñas/os con enfermedades crónicas son una población con alto riesgo de sufrir problemas psicológicos. El apoyo integral que ofrece el personal sanitario a la familia con una/o hija/o con cáncer puede facilitar la funcionalidad de cada uno de sus miembros.
