Abstract (English): A 32-year-old patient with a diagnosis of Glanzmann's thrombasthenia, with a full-term pregnancy with multidisciplinary control with hematology and obstetrics, the pregnancy was terminated on a scheduled basis. Regional anesthesia was decided to avoid the risks of airway instrumentation in the pregnant patient. Platelet apheresis was administered prior to the start of the anesthetic procedure, a viable product was obtained, with final bleeding slightly greater than usual, so the administration of alternative therapies such as factor VII or antifibrinolytics was not necessary. There were no subsequent bleeding events, hospital discharge at 72 hours with no complications related to the underlying pathology. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
