| Abstract (English): | It remains a challenge to systematically and quantitatively assess the pragmatic performance of severely aphasic patients and determine severity levels. To this end, the ICRA-R Battery was designed based on the concepts of the Minimal Communication Circuit and the pragmatic features of the ICRA Method (Abraham & Brenca, 2013, 2016). It consists of four instruments. The psychometric analysis of the validation and reliability of Instrument 1 (Record and Script) and the expertlevel validity of the CCA and CCP Questionnaires, which assess caregivers' perceptions of the patient's current and premorbid communicative competence, are described. Severity levels were established, and the developmental profile was graphed. Validity was analyzed by experts (> 93.1%), factor analysis and principal components extraction, analysis of agreement between evaluators (Fleiss's Kappa > 85%; Cohen's Kappa > 95.0%, inter-observer analysis applying intraclass correlation = 0.900 (95% CI: 0.791-0.957) and repeated measures ANOVA from means and confidence intervals) and internal consistency (Cronbach's Alpha 0.966). | Abstract (Spanish): | Sigue siendo un desafío evaluar sistemática y cuantitativamente el desempeño pragmático del paciente afásico severo y determinar grados de severidad. Con ese objetivo, se diseñó la Batería ICRA-R a partir de los conceptos de Circuito Mínimo de Comunicación y de rasgos pragmáticos del Método ICRA (Abraham & Brenca, 2013, 2016). Está conformada por cuatro instrumentos. Se describe el análisis psicométrico de la validación y confiabilidad del Instrumento 1 (Registro y Guion) y la validez por expertos de los Cuestionarios CCA y CCP que sondean la percepción que tienen los cuidadores del paciente sobre su competencia comunicativa actual y premórbida. Se pudieron establecer grados de severidad y la graficación del perfil evolutivo. Se analizó la validez por expertos (> 93,1%), el análisis factorial y extracción por componentes principales, el análisis del acuerdo entre evaluadores (Kappa de Fleiss > 85%; Kappa de Cohen > 95,0%, análisis inter-observador aplicando correlación intraclase = 0,900 (IC95%: 0,791-0,957) y ANOVA de medidas repetidas a partir de medias e intervalos de confianza) y consistencia interna (Alfa de Cronbach 0,966). | Abstract (Portuguese): | Avaliar sistemática e quantitativamente o desempenho pragmático de pacientes com afasia grave e determinar seus níveis de gravidade continua sendo um desafio. Para tanto, a Bateria ICRA-R foi elaborada com base nos conceitos do Circuito Mínimo de Comunicação e nas características pragmáticas do Método ICRA (Abraham & Brenca, 2013, 2016). Ela é composta por quatro instrumentos. São descritas a análise psicométrica da validação e confiabilidade do Instrumento 1 (Registro e Roteiro) e a validade em nível de especialista dos Questionários CCA e CCP, que avaliam as percepções dos cuidadores sobre a competência comunicativa atual e pré-mórbida do paciente. Os níveis de gravidade foram estabelecidos e o perfil de desenvolvimento foi plotado.
