Abstract (English): The reconstruction of endodontically treated teeth remains a clinical challenge in contemporary restorative dentistry. The significant loss of dental structure compromises mechanical strength and demands efficient, functional, and aesthetic restorative solutions. With the evolution of adhesive dentistry and material science, composite resins have emerged as one of the leading restorative technologies. This study aims to review, through an integrative literature approach, the main restorative techniques used in the rehabilitation of devitalized teeth, focusing on the application of conventional, bulk-fill, and indirect composite resins, including endocrown techniques. Additionally, the paper explores the evolution of composite resins, their components, mechanical, optical, and adhesive properties, as well as their use within the framework of biomimetic dentistry. The findings indicate that advancements in restorative composites have increased clinical predictability, improved tissue integration, and extended restoration longevity, establishing these materials as central elements in modern dental practice.
