Abstract (English): The article focuses on the impact of hyperconnectivity on mental health, especially in adolescents, analyzing how intensive use of social networks and mobile devices is related to the increase in depressive disorders, anxiety, and attention problems. It discusses studies that show a change in the causes of youth psychiatric hospitalization since the year 2000, and points out addiction to "infinite scrolling" as a factor that affects concentration and emotional well-being. Additionally, governmental initiatives to limit minors' access to digital platforms and legal actions against large tech companies for psychological harm are mentioned. Finally, it invites reflection on alternative and less harmful ways of interacting with technology in a social context reminiscent of literary dystopias. [Extracted from the article]
